Global entry point for the Telemetry abstraction.

Properties

The active Tracer. Defaults to the platform implementation. On JVM tests, this can be safely overridden per-thread using setTracerForTest.

Delegates entirely to configured tracer

Safely sets a custom tracer for testing.
